A CALIFORNIA TRADITION FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY Come Join the 46thAnniversary Celebration   "The Choice in Parades to Attend in 2010" Woodland = Excellence in Parading

 A Parade with a Proud Heritage……46 years in showcasing entries through a quality venue with a strong focus on excellence in parading. Bringing the Holiday Spirit to all who participate in and watch this exciting parade.

For the past 45 years, the Woodland Chamber of Commerce along with the City of Woodland has celebrated the holidays with an annual Holiday Parade that has attracted crowd`s ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 to downtown Woodland.

Reputed to be one of the largest holiday parade`s of it`s kind in Northern California, over 175 entries are expected to perform and entertain parade watchers in 2009. Santa Claus, riding on the final unit, an antique fire engine, can always be counted on as the highlight of the parade. The Ben Ali Shriners, a crowd favorite, will once again perform. As a California State Horsmens Association accredited parade many fine horse entries will participate from throughout California and surrounding States. There will also be a strong representation of bands, scout units and military/ROTC units along with outstanding corporate and local business float and novelty entries.
