Business Assistance

Small Business Development Assistance

Are you in need of free Business Consultant services? The Woodland Chamber is pleased to announce that former Yuba Community College District Small Business Development Center Advisor Michael A. Berta, Ph. D. has returned and is working with the Chamber to provide services for small business development and entrepreneurs interested in starting a new business. The types of assistance he will provide include marketing, sales, financial planning, business assumptions and general business planning. (Dr. Berta is not an attorney nor a CPA, so advice on these topics would be of general nature on matters of labor law and tax accounting.) Consultations will be held at the Chamber office during regular office hours. If you or someone you know, would like to schedule an appointment* contact our Executive Director, Cynthia Evans at cynthias@woodlandchamber.org.

*Should a potential client not show up for the meeting without prior notification of cancelation, further services will no longer be available for the client.
